Shipping: Orders are processed within 24-48hrs of receiving them. After processing and once shipped allow 3-5 business days to receive your order (Canada). Shipping to the US and abroad may take 5-7days for our Luxe Virgin Hair Collection.
Raw Hair: May take a little longer to arrive 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed and processed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.
Local delivery: We offer local delivery to the GTA $15 fee will apply.
Returns and Exchanges: * Please note that for hygiene reasons, once our human hair products have been used or altered in any way, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the highest standards of product safety and quality.*
Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by email at kimberlee@88blvd.ca. Extensions must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and replace the item at no additional cost.
Color Matching: We understand that color matching is essential. While we strive to display accurate product colors on our website, differences in screen settings can affect perception. All our bundles are in their natural color (1B). Depending on the batch shades can vary between natural brown - black. Contact our customer service for assistance if you have any further questions or concerns.
Care and Maintenance: Proper care and maintenance are crucial to the longevity of your extensions. Follow our recommended care instructions provided with your purchase. Failure to do so may void any return eligibility.
Installation: We recommend professional installation for optimal results. Improper installation can damage the extensions.
